I’ll try and answer the questions…
Michael looked really crushed in the studio there. I don’t have much hope for him at the moment but he could well move on to the rocking out stage of his grief process. Looking at the taster of episode 4 I’m thinking that’s what will happen.
Steve Perry. I think that dogs are normally a good judge of character and normally have a sixth sense when it comes to the supernatural. Look at the way they carried on. He is from the dark side. No doubt about it.
I think Donald has indulged in too many drinks at the posthumous birthday celebration. He’s probably just at another stage of the grieving process.
I have a question. What’s with the chipmunk?

Oh, that’s beautiful. I’m going to do the same. Might have to get a dripless one though, because last time there was a blackout, I used candles and I dripped wax all over the carpet. Any good tips for getting wax out of carpet? I have a house inspection in two weeks….
Donald Fagan is the creative genius behind the band. Kinda of tells you a lot, doesn’t it? Stephen Hawking, indeed. They’re coming to Perth soon. I wish someone would buy me a ticket, then I could find out for myself.
I haven’t seen Caddyshack for decades, but I do remember a recurring chipmunk causing a lot of problems on the golf course….

*Consults little book called Spotless*
You need: Ice, blunt knife, metal comb, paper towel, hairdryer.
Method: Put ice on the wax to harden it then scrape as much away as possible with a blunt knife. Wedge the metal comb underneath the wax and put a paper towel on top of the wax. Then use a hairdryer over it. The paper towel will absorb the wax. Repeat until all the wax is removed.
Ahh, he is the creative genius? I had no idea. So there is some method to my line of thinking after all…

Ah, you’re a gem. It’s sucha thin drip that I could probably skip the knife and comb and just go to the hairdryer and paper town. It’s about 40cm long though. Ugh. Stoopid me for not putting a plate under it. Got a bit panicky in the dark…

I know! I think Yacht Rock went a bit off the boil for a couple of episodes there…. although it’s all obviously integral to the story. I watched the next one today though and it’s a blast. A few old faces make a comeback… and the new ones are pretty good too, hehe.

Oh, you have to check out some of the clips I have of Bowie. Truly fantastic clips of him on The Old Grey Whistle Test, that were never released until about 10 years after they were recorded. SO GOOD. I think it was that show. It’s Oh You Pretty Things, Queen Bitch and Five Years. Five Years is so very, very good. They’re all on the DVD I got for my birthday. I was beyond thrilled…

Cool, I’ll have a look at them. I’m not a huge fan of David Bowie but a fan nonetheless. He had his great moments, got a bit crap in the eighties though. So did Roxy Music. I wonder what their album will be like too. I hope they go back to their 70’s sound again.

Those Bowie clips were recorded in 1972, or 73, I think.
Roxy Music changed bigtime in the 80’s… and I did like a few of their songs from that time, but mostly to do with incessant rotation by my father… With Eno, they may surprise us. The Stooges just released a new album too. With Iggy.
That clip was fanastic. How good did those back up singers look, yet the sound was so bad. hehe. Love it. I favourited it….

Oh! Oh! I bought the latest copy of Mojo today at the newsagents… and it has a cd on it which is a Stooges mix tape i.e. it was all chosen by Iggy. Looks like there’s some really godd stuff on it. I love those magazines…

… and now we’re listening to a great and meaningful song in the Australian canon…. From Little Things, Bit Things Grow. It’s beautiful song and incredibly meaningful in regards to Aboriginal/white Australian relations… I didn’t even realise quite how much so it was until now… I’ve been educated…
